My love of music extends beyond a distant appreciation. I spend several hours a week teaching various aspects of music: voice, violin, viola, piano, and musical theater. Many of my students are at various different levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) which can make planning for each student rather time consuming!!!

Be smart with your time and find common music techniques that all students can benefit from regardless of level. Doing so will allow you to advance their training while saving you a little time in planning. Yes, you will still need to plan for each student individually, but at least you have one exercise that can utilized with them all!
